Tanning products..

Hi people. I am searching for advice. I still have´nt found a product to make a nice brown colour, that I can apply right before the competition and wash off after the competition. I´ve tried the Pro-Tan Competition Colour , but it leaves ugly spots on the skin over 2 weeks after the competition. I also tried Sun Shimmer ( Rimmel), which makes nice dark brown colour, but it goes green when I sweat :) The DHA powder that you mix with some body lotion also stays in the skin for quite a long time... So does anyone know anything which makes dark colour, without spots and u don´t turn in to a green creature ? :))

It's easy...
Have you tried the Selvbruner tanning lotion? You gotta apply it minimum three days before the comp to let it absorb into your skin, to get nice color going. What I usually do on the day of the competition is I apply Aerotan lotion on top of the Selvbruner. And to have it come out even, mix it with body lotion. It works really great, you will be nice and tan, plus it doesn't come out in spots, and it doesn't run. And once the comp is over, you can wash it off easily, and the Selvbruner will dissipate on its' own.

Oh thanx.. I´ve heard of that Matas Selvbruner - but it is like a regular self tanning lotion right ? So it stays in the skin for some time after the competition... And the Aerotan - I have something simmilar - Sexy Hair.. The bottle looks almost the same.. But to me it seems I should use almost the whole bottle for each competition to make the colour really deep brown... For how many competition do you use one bottle ?

Try Maybeline Sun Shimmer. It gives a really nice shimmery brown color. It comes off with soap, but not with sweat!

Well, if Aerotan doesn't quite work for you, you could always use the Rimmel 'Sun Shimmer' tanning lotion. I just like the color of Aerotan better, and it has the slight sparkle to it. The Rimmel is also a good option, (if you can find it).

Well my partner uses make up from Kryolan , which is made also in dark brown, no orange :) This make up is made in a stick and you put in on your face with a sponge..

Sun Shimmer lotion? And this is immediately brown or u have to apply it a day before the cotest ?

I couldn't agree more... But their darkest colour looks kind of red, so you have to choose the right tone. I also use it, and it's the best thing I've ever tried. :) So, it's not just for men :) here's the link www.kryolan.com/ SUPRA-COLOUR, TV paint stick

The Rimmel Tan is good but I found that it transferred on to my dress and left stains :(
