Timothy and Joanne started dancing together in
1991 and it was the best decision they could make!
In their Amateur career they were 2x European champions, 3x Blackpool winners,
3x the International, 2x the UK Open, 2x the USA Open and the German Open
winners.
They have danced twice at the Dutch Open in Slagharen/Assen. The first time was
in 1995 in Slagharen which they lost the World championships to Massimo
Giorgiani and Alessia Manfredini. The second time was in 2002 when they were
placed above Massimo and Alessia and became the European Champions.
Their impression of the Netherlands was superb. They remember a supporting and
enthusiastic audience and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. |

Timothy: "I often have all sorts of dreams but my
biggest nightmare is that we oversleep for an important competition"
Joanne:"I�m always afraid that I will forget my dresses. So I check that
we have everything at least 6 times before we go to the show or a competiton"

Nicest memory |
Timothy :"My nicest memory?? That was yesterday!!!"

Joanne:"There are at least two! The day I first met Tim! And the day
when we, as Amateurs, won the Blackpool for the first time. I will never forget
it"

Biggest inspiration |
Joanne: "Everyone says I look like Kylie Minogue, so I
will say Kylie then!"
Timothy: "For me, they are Bill Irvine and Michael Barr"

Biggest blunder |
Timothy: "Believe it or not but I also used to dance
Latin, years ago. Once, at a big competition while we were on the floor
dancing, my trousers zip broke. It was really horrible!"
Joanne: "It happened years ago when I was 6 years old. I had a cape over
my dress between the rounds. And when I was called for the finals, I happily
run onto the floor but totally forgot to take off the cape. But the worst was,
that it kept slipping off and I almost stumbled over it." |

Biggest wish |
Joanne: "Be together, be happy, healthy and winners!!"
Timothy: "Be in a good health and have lots of luck" |
